Don’t DIS my ABILITY!

Even though I am disabled

Yet, I am honorable

Disability is not inability

Deep within me lies hidden potentials

Ideas and inventions that can change the World

I am as equally important as you are

I am as grateful to nature as you are

I can feel and think like you can.

So don’t DIS my Ability

I am a differently abled person.

There is a World out there that I want to see

There is a man I am destined to be

Yet people and the society say I cannot

But I laugh at their faces

As I cling on to my tools of Determination, Perseverance and Faith

I hear a voice telling me…. YES you CAN!

And indeed I know that….. Yes I CAN!

Because life is not what it is made up of

But what you can make out of it

So don’t DIS my ABILITY

As I am a DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSON
